Two Hundred Ninety-Eighth Entry
I haven't blogged in a great while.
I just finished watching two very excellent movies. First was "Talk to Her". Very good movie. I had seen another movie by the same director, "All About My Mother", which was excellent. "Talk to Her" was a more serious movie, but very good.
The second one I saw was one of the best movies I've seen all year. "Amelie" is such an interesting and moving tale. I nearly cried at the end. It was soooo very good, excellent even. It reinforces something that I have always wanted to be true; peoples good deeds can make a difference in the world, whether it's on a large scale, like for a country, or on a small scale, like for people in your neighborhood. Very impressed by this movie.
I love netflix.
So far I've watched: I Heart Huckabees, Talk to Her, Amelie, Garden State and Sin City. Loved them all. I have Napoleon Dynamite, but that can wait til tomorrow. After that, I've got Hotel Rwanda, Meet the Parents, and Meet the Fockers, in that order.
I love netflix!
