Three Hundred Thirty-First Entry
I never watch basketball. I'm not a huge fan. But the Lakers/Magic game last night was about the most exciting basketball game I've ever seen. I didn't even watch the whole game! I saw the last 5 minutes of the 4th quarter and overtime. It was very exciting!
Starsky and Hutch are on KOFY right now. I haven't seen this show in a very long time. After S&H is The Streets of San Francisco, another fave. Old cop shows are great.
I'm monitoring a few items on ebay. I think I am too impatient a person to do ebay stuff. Especially now that I don't have anything else to do. I just sit in front of the computer and watch the clock tick down. Every once in a while the bid increases and I think about doing something, but don't. It's really quite exciting.
Starsky misses his girlfriend who was also a cop. She was killed by a "psycho cocktail waitress killer". Poor Starsky...
My unemployment frustration is turning into discouragement. I dont' feel like doing anything anymore. I really just sit in front of the computer and watch TV all day. I have been keeping up with working out, but I just didn't feel like it today. I'm just...blah...
"Psycho cocktail waitress killer" just fell off a really tall metal tower to his death. Case closed.
I'm thinking that if I can't find an engineering job in the next few weeks, I am going to go to work somewhere non-engineering like Safeway, or some office somewhere. I'm still considering volunteering somewhere locally.
The Streets of San Francisco has a very cool opening credits sequence. I like the music, the video and the stripy effect they used. Very 70's.
