One Hundred Seventy-Fourth Entry

I had a very fun extra long weekend. Christmas was good to me. The food was great and there was tons of it.

I am coming down with a disease. I don't know if it is the flu, a cold or just a passing mini-malaise, but everything is happening at once.

Symptom 1: Hot and Cold. Right now I feel Hot, but half an hour ago, I felt Cold.
Symptom 2: My left ear hurts and is very sensitive to pressure.
Symptom 3: I broke a tooth yesterday. It doesn't hurt all that much, but feels a little sore.
Symptom 4: Sore throat. I woke up with it this morning.
Symptom 5: Mini muscle aches.
Symptom 6: Light chest pains.

These could all be completely unrelated. Or I could have a heart attack, strep throat, ear infection, arthritis and the flu all at once. Wouldn't that be lucky?

Prediction: I will meet my medical and dental deductible by the end of next month.

I was planning on going to Union Square for New Years Eve just because I never done that before. But now I am not even sure if I am going up tomorrow or not. Depends on how I feel. But if I am up to it, anyone wanna go?

Work is doubtful tomorrow. I could care less. I have 90+ hours on the books in sick leave.

Oooh...work news. I heard my boss say my name, and the words "special PAF" in the same sentence to my supervisor. This could get interesting. My annual PAF(Performance Appraisal Form) is coming up next week. A special PAF is used for promotions. Very interesting. I was hoping to already be a II, but it didn't happen. A II is the same as a I. Exactly the same duties. Only title and pay differ.

Other interesting work news. My boss was going to ask me if I want to join her husbands study group for the PE. Her husband Gene is taking the test in April, and the earliest I could possibly take it is October. But I was planning on starting to study next month anyway. There is so much I have forgotten.
